When you place your order, simply fill in your details and click "Continue to Upload." You'll then be prompted to select images directly from your phone or computer. If you have any trouble, reach out at jalkscreative@gmail.com and we'll help you out.

We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 20 MB each. These cover almost every photo taken on a modern phone or camera. If you're unsure about your file type, JPG is the most common and always works.

Not a problem! If you're struggling with the upload process, just reach out directly at jalkscreative@gmail.com and we'll walk you through it or arrange an alternative way to send your photos.

Photos can be swapped out as long as the order hasn't entered production yet. Once production has started, photos can no longer be changed — but if you'd like to add on to your order, we're happy to help with that. Just email us at jalkscreative@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Our standard magnet size is 2" × 2". This is the perfect size to display on a fridge, locker, or whiteboard — large enough to clearly see faces and details without taking up too much space.

Yes — since our magnets are square (2"×2"), photos will be cropped to a square format. We recommend cropping your images beforehand so you have full control over what's in frame. If you haven't pre-cropped, we'll center the subject as best we can — just mention it in your order notes.

The better the quality, the sharper your magnet will look. Most modern smartphone photos work perfectly. Avoid heavily compressed, blurry, or very dark images. If a photo won't print well, we'll let you know before we proceed.

Our customers love pet portraits, family photos, travel memories, baby pictures, wedding snapshots, and more. Really, any photo that makes you smile works great. The key is good lighting and a clear subject.

You can upload as many photos as you'd like in a single order. Each photo becomes one magnet, or you can request multiples of the same image — just let us know in the order notes.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes! We offer free local pickup in the Royersford/Phoenixville, PA area. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you'll receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.

International shipping is currently a work in progress. If you're outside the US, email us at jalkscreative@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make it work for you.

Yes! We offer wholesale and bulk pricing for orders of 50+ units. All bulk orders include free shipping and typically ship within 3–4 business days. Contact us for a custom quote.

After you submit your photos, we'll send a payment link. We accept all major credit cards and other common payment methods. Payment is collected before production begins.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. Just contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
